Now available!! Front and rear Quali-Seal jaws and endseals. We offer new jaws and re-furbishing existing jaw sets. Most local machine shops could not re-furbish to tight requirements. We use the same process for both new and re-furbishing. This includes using precision ground tools on a boring machine that we use only for the serrations. The rest of the endseal is basic machining but the magic is in the serrations. If you cut them all at once, they will line up perfectly. Most machine shops can only cut one serration at a time and when you need 10-12 serrations per inch, you have to get it right the first time. All end seals are Electroless Nickel coated for longer life.
